The Strength Series

The Strength Series is an intermediate full-body class that challenges strength, endurance, and control through slower and more demanding movement. The class works the arms, core, glutes, and legs in a complete session using heavier resistance and deeper ranges of motion. Expect controlled pacing, longer holds, and more sustained muscle engagement to build strength and stability throughout the body. This class is best suited for clients comfortable with the Reformer and foundational Pilates movements who are ready for a more challenging full-body workout.
