The Hourglass is all about building a strong, stable core while gently working through the center of the body. This class targets the abs, obliques, and deep core muscles to create a flatter, more defined midsection while sculpting the waist and natural curves of the body. As the muscles around the waist become more supported, the waist appears more defined and movement through the center of the body feels more controlled. With regular practice, the waist and the natural curves of the body stand out more clearly.
