The Ab Lab is an upper-body focused class that works the arms, shoulders, abs, and torso together in one complete session. The class strengthens the core while creating a more toned and supported arms and shoulders, improving posture and total-body control.
As the muscles around the midsection become stronger, the body moves with better control and balance. With consistent practice, everyday lower-back tightness can be reduced as the muscles that support the spine become more active.
